Interviewed Nov 2011 in Wilmington, DE (took a day)
After I had applied through their online career section. Dupont called me one day to express interest in interviewing for their new Commercial Development Program. The phone interview was pretty standard, no real surprises as to what they were looking for. They then decided that they wanted to fly me down to their Wilmington branch for an interview. They put me up in their fabulous hotel there, and then conducted a day long interviewing session that consisted of 3 one-on-one interviews, a short presentation, and 2 meals where we talked with interviewers. Their questions were fair and were not overly technical in nature, more designed to find if ideals and career goals aligned.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Wilmington, DE (took a day)
The interview was an on-campus interview for second year MBA students. The questions were focused on understanding the summer internship experience and project. The interviewer also asked specific questions and try to see if you have experience and sense of B2B marketing, which is typically what the program is hiring for. One of the question was how to develop a marketing plan. The interviewer asked in detail what would you do in each and every steps. Another question was if a R&D engineer told you about a new product idea, how would you response to him.

The interview was very relax, they ask you to go through your resume at first and they'll stop to ask questions during that part. Then it was the standard behavorial questions on what did you do when you were faced with an obstacle and what is your greatest weakness.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Wilmington, DE (took a day)
First there is a phone screen interview just checking the facts on your resume and some very brief questions. Then when you're brought in for the interview it is composed of three individual one on one interviews with behavioral questions. One targets teamwork, another problem solving, and the third I believe was difficult situations? You go to lunch with your third interviewer. Very streamlined and relaxed interview.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Wilmington, DE (took 3 weeks)
Initial phone call from a senior member of the dept. expressed interest in my resume and set up a phone interview the next day. Phone interview was easy going, mostly asking questions on my background and basic conversation on the science being done at the department. Reference checks done the next day with an invitation for on site interview later that day. Interview was a day long consisting of 1:1 and 2 panel interviews. I was surprised how easy going the interview was. Mostly had questions asking about my background and about my presentation. I actually found myself asking more of the questions and engaging in regular conversation with those involved. Also had a tour of the facilities which was nice.
