Con Edison of New York Bilingual Customer Service Interview Question

I interviewed in Long Island City, NY and was asked:
"During the day a customer calls in to pay to have their services turned on, right after the phone call ends your manager calls you over to discuss some things and upon your return you forget to put the order through to have services turned on. Its now the end of your day and your about to enter your apt/home and just remembered that you forgot to place the order - what would do?"
