Interviewed Feb 2010 in Burlington, VT (took a day)
I enjoyed the interview process overall. I first met one on one with the hiring manager and had a flowing conversation for at least 30 to 40 minutes. We covered a few broad questions, but nothing structured, and I was able to get into a comfort zone of being myself. This was followed up by four more group members joining the room and each asking me fairly straight forward questions. There was nothing technical, nothing to trap me, and it seemed fairly standard. Other positions have a more grueling process, such as being a trader or portfolio manager, but I wasn't in that position. Overall, I'd say it was pleasant and only moderately difficult. Enough where you certainly had to prepare and do your networking research ahead of time, but overly challenging.

Negotiation Details
There was no negotiation phase. I was offered the position and took it. I was then presented a letter with my compensation after the fact. I was happy to land a job relatively soon after graduating from college.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
