Interviewed Nov 2010 (took 2 months)
5 rounds of interviews. Made it to the 4th, was told by person I was shadowing that I gave her boss the best answers she had heard from an interview. And then didn't get the job. Sales people lie right to your face, or maybe she was threatened by me?

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Modesto, CA (took 3 days)
First interview was on my college campus. It was mostly just the interviewer getting to know my personality and going through my resume. The only technical question was "Which financial statements would you look at to get a better idea of the company?".
The second round interview consisted of a two day/night stay in Modesto. There was 16 of us and we got put up in a hotel and got tours of the winery, bottling plant, and warehouse. The second day consisted of 4 interviews and a group case study/presentation. Everyone was really nice and it was overall a great experience.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 2 months)
Started the interview process with a meeting at the career fair at my university. Later that day I was called back for 3 separate interviews, the next day I did 2 more formal interviews each with two people from E&J Gallo in each room. I was then called the next day and told I would be flown out to Seattle to do a "work-with" day with an employee to see if the job was a good fit me for me. I was then phoned again a week later and told I would be flown out a month later for a recruiting conference which is the final round of interviews and a dinner with the heads of the company.

Interviewed Nov 2010 (took a day)
It was on campus recruiting at the MBA program. The process began by resume application and the 1st round interview on campus. Once we got accepted for the 2nd round, the company's recruiting team brought the national candidates to Chicago where we had all day long interview process. I had four interviews back to back.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 1 week)
This interview was set up through my school's career center. I first had to submit a resume, which got picked along with about 15 others. They give you a couple options on when to schedule your interview. When you get there you're greeted by the regional recruiter. I found her very nice and easy to talk to. After about 20 minutes with the regional recruiter, you get passed on for the final 10 minutes to the person above them, which also was a pleasant interview. Not very many situation questions, just a lot of personal behavior and personality questions. I expect to hear from them in the next couple weeks on whether I am offered the position or not.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took a day)
Come prepared to answer behavioral based interview questions. I had a one-on-one interview and this is mainly what it consisted of. It lasted a total of 15 minutes, and the woman interviewing me was very friendly and welcoming. The one question that stumped me: Please tell me about a time when you were rejected, and how you were able to deal with that. After not getting the job I guess I have an answer!

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took a day)
the process was very basic, with only a one on one meeting. I found out about the position both through a current sales rep that sent out an email to organizations around campus, and also from the career center on campus. I submitted my resume online then was able to interview on campus. the interview lasted about 40 minutes.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took a day)
The interview was fairly laid back, but still structured. They asked a few behavioral questions about past experiences. I felt that I had a pretty good interview walking out and I think the reason I was not asked to move on was that they were looking for December graduates and I wasn't graduating until May. Overall great company. Very family oriented (promote from within). Seems like a great oppotunity.
