Interview Details – the interview started by a phone call, then followed by a telephone interview which lead to an online IQ test and after getting a positive feed back we took a one to one inter view, after passing three interviews I recieved an offer them, where it was below expectation although the hirring company new my current package, so i had to refuse their offer.
Interview Question – What do expect to add to our company? Answer Question
Reason for Declining – it was below my current package, although they new this package.
Other Details - I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 days.
