The entire process was very quick. They called me in the morning and asked for a phone interview in the evening. I agreed to that and they wanted me to come in for an on-site interview the very next day.
It was a little surprising how fast they were moving. I had other commitments so I unfortunately had to delay the process but I went in for the on-site a couple of days later. I had six 1:1 interviews with various people. It was a good experience because the interviewers were very nice. I got the offer the very next day. The down side was that they expected me to accept it immediately.

Interview was good as i was from a printing background most of my questions are from printing and i answered fairly well. There was one technical interview which checks your domain knowledge and analytical thinking.

I don't know. They offered me a good salary.

After technical telephonic round, I was called to their office for 2nd round which was again pure technical. The third round is taken by secition manager with some managerial questions and technical questions. Finally the project manager round, wondered how technically strong that project manager too?!

Interviewed Jun 2009 in Foster City, CA (took 3 weeks)
I had an initial phone screen with an in-house recruiter. This was followed a week later with my first on-site interview. This lasted 4 hours, and I met with 5 different people (2 were over the phone as they worked in a different location). Then a week later, I was invited back for a second round of interviews. This also lasted about 4 hours, but was with a different group of people (except the hiring manager, who I met with both times). The work seemed like it would be somewhat tedious, but the team was mostly friendly, especially the manager. The office atmosphere was quite nice, with great bay views, but there didn't seem to be a lot of camaraderie in the team.

I found an open position online and has been contacted by hr representative in a few days after submitting my resume. After short 30 min phone interview ( very generic - more like cultural fit test ) I was invited for onsite interview. 6 people x 45 minutes. Questions were - algorithms writing, logical problem solving, write a function in a language of your choice, "how would you deal" type of questions. Overall questions were not as difficult. People were very friendly and we had a nice conversation. In a week after an interview I was contacted with an offer which I accepted.
Negotiation Details
I was able to negotiate the starting work date as I needed to take 3 weeks off my previous job instead of usual 2.

Phone interview was thorough but fair. In person interview consisted of meeting 5 different people for around an hour each, quite grueling. All of the interviewers asked pertinent questions relating to the field, my skills, or work ethic. No stupid questions about what cookie or animal I would be. Interviewers were friendly and professional.

the interview was a 1:1 with the Manager followed by an interview with the HR. The questions asked were mainly logical and IQ questions. I don't think I did well but I still got selected. The interview with HR was pretty straight forward with him asking questions like what are your hobbies, interests etc...
