Interview Details – Very straight forward. First received a call from a recruiter with an intial conversation then she setup first phone interview with manager. Went in for 1 interview with 2 individuals and was offered the position the next day.

Interview Details –
On May 18 2012 I attended a pool campus employee referral placement drive conducted by EMC which was for the following positions
1.Associate Project Manager- 1
2.Implementation Delivery Engineer
3.Technical Support Engineer
Round 1: Aptitude Test - consisting of quantitative aptitude,math,logical reasoning,english etc
Round 2:(For shortlisted candidates from Round 1) Telephonic Round - IVR - 3 sets
Round 3:(For shortlisted candidates from Round 2 after a week @ office) Technical Round - DB,Networks,SAN,Projects which you have handled.
Round 4:HR Round - Background , Personality etc
Round 5: Stability Round - Critical incidence , Analytic Problem solving, Commitment towards company and work
Round 6: Confirmation Round - They asked weather the candidate has any problem working in shifts and with a Bond etc.
