Interviewed Apr 2011 in Franklin, MA (took a day)
The interview was very fast, as I met with 2 HR recruiters for 10 minutes each. They asked me simple questions about why I was qualified for the position, as well as why they should hire me over someone with a sales degree. They told me they were interviewing about 4000 candidates, hence the feeling of being rushed through the whole process.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Hopkinton, MA (took 2 weeks)
I have interned at EMC so it was easy to figure out who to talk about there LDP program. I expressed my interest in the program and asked them to call me when they would be interviewing. I got a call a couple months later asking me to meet with a group of HR hiring managers and have a presentation ready to give to them.
They do a good job of making you feel comfortable so don't be upset if you think you had a good interview but they dont give you an offer. They are looking for the very best talent in the world and people are breaking down the door to get into there programs. They are a first class organization and it shows from the second you walk in the door. Honesty will get you far, so remember if you get an interview your probably very bright and have nothing to hide. The people you meet with are very experienced so trying to "wing it" or give them the answers you think they want to hear isnt going to cut it. If your a recent grad interviewing for any position at EMC and you really want the job make sure they arnt your first interview they are going to ask the hard questions. Find out what sense of urgency means.

Interviewed May 2010 in Hopkinton, MA (took 1 week)
First a phone interview with the group manager. Basic behavioral questions and reviewed my resume. I was then contacted by a recruiter to setup a time to come in and have a face-to-face.
Face-to-face consisted of 3 panels of 2 interviewers and a 1-on-1 interview. First panel was mostly behavioral with a few technical questions. Second and third panels were much more technical and in-depth. The 1:1 was mostly behavioral as it was with the director.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Hopkinton, MA (took 4+ weeks)
The interview went well. No generic interview questions. Easy going interview.
Interview was left open ended with no mention of when I would hear back.
They asked me my salary requirements, I asked what the position generally pays and I was looked at strangely.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Franklin, MA (took 3 weeks)
Phone interview. If they like you, they'll fly you out to their location for a one on one at their expense. One on one was fairly easy. Make sure you know the company and what they do. You meet with a variety of different managers. If you move from manager to manager fairly quickly, you know you are doing well and they want to get you in front of as many people as possible to get a good look. Make sure you close them and share why you are excited about the opportunity. Prepare. Understand the company and it's technology.
Negotiation Details
Set compensation structure. May give money for relocation.
