Barely stitched together, disorganized, barely communicated, not well thought through interviewing process: One person I interviewed with had no idea what the role was for, never received critical information from hiring manager. Whole process really turned me off about EMC - too much hurry up and wait. Ultimately they went for another option than me, though I was a finalist, but by the time they finally made their decision I had lost interest and would not have taken the role.
