The director did phone interview with me and did some screen background check for fitting to EMC culture.
Then I got invite for 1:1 interview at HQ. The interview is general topic, what work at EMC looks like. The director is very nice and friendly. But the hiring process was taking for about a month. Many steps take into account. Please be patient.
