Interview Details – Saw a job posting in department email list and applied. Two days later get a phone call from a manager. I didn't notice the email he sent me so the interview was a surprise. Luckily I used the material I prepared for another company to handle the interview. I described my project in great detail to show my on-hand experience. That impressed the manager.

Interview Details – talk to the recuiter in campus career fair. then after 3 weeks got a call from one of their HR and scheduled a phone interview. The person is very nice, and give me a lot of adivse. He first asked me my background. then he wanted to know my interest about cloud computering. After the couple minutes free chat, he started tech. question.

Interview Details – Applied through the company website and got a call from a recruiter within a week. He asked some questions based on experience and Resume and scheduled an interview with the Hiring Manager. The recruiter had asked me the role was in Java, Distributed Computing and Multithreading.
Interview Question – The Hiring Manager asked a design implementation question which was in C. Totally unexpected and he wasn't even able to explain the question properly or I couldn't understand what he wanted to hear from me. Answer Question

Interview Details – All the people were really sweet and great to chat with. They went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. I was contacted by the recruiter initially and he set up 2 phone interviews, after which there were 4 1:1 onsite interviews. I screwed up one section very badly..

Interview Details –
First a phone interview with the group manager. Basic behavioral questions and reviewed my resume. I was then contacted by a recruiter to setup a time to come in and have a face-to-face.
Face-to-face consisted of 3 panels of 2 interviewers and a 1-on-1 interview. First panel was mostly behavioral with a few technical questions. Second and third panels were much more technical and in-depth. The 1:1 was mostly behavioral as it was with the director.

Negotiation Details – They gave me a good offer so I didn't really have to negotiate, but it seems like it wouldn't be too hard. They were flexible with my start date.

Interview Details – They were pretty professional, the phone interview was a general one, where the HR asked both behavioral and technical questions. Usual questions regarding stacks, probability and data structures. The one site technical interview were more drilling and lasted more than 5 hours. Interview Details – I received a call for wirtten test. It was easy. After two days I got the result of it and call for Technical Interview. Technical round questions were somewhat tricky and after three days I got the call for Managerial round. It was about a week back. Still they are telling me to wait for the results...
