Interviewed Mar 2011 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took 2 weeks)
Initially registered as a candidate and then suggested that I migt work there. Good IV process - all highly professional and plenty of detail about the opportunity and role. Met line manager first then MD. Both were highly credible and gave excellent impression. Questioning was rigorous and challenging but nothing off the wall.

Negotiation Details
Some negotiation around base salary. All other benefits and structures well established company-wide (and very good) so no negotiation needed.
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
