Interview Details – Interviewed with the Director of Air Transport. Very relaxed. Very personable. Met in the conference room 1:1. Spent one hour discussing requirements of the job and how my background and experience might or might not be a good fit. Company is growing and they are adding two additional Program manager positions. We ended on a good note but it was obvious to both of us that my experience, though very extensive, did not match up with the requirements of the job.

Interview Details – there were many red flags. They kept mentioning "drinking the kool - aid"
Interview Question – We are an entrepreneurial company, are you willing to drink the kook - aid? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Look for red flags, I do not recommend working for this company.
