Interviewed Oct 2011 (took a day)
The recruiter calls and asks for questions like "what is your Microsoft bi experience?", then asks to talk about my hobbies in English. She scheduled the iview with the bi manager. During the interview I was asked several questions on SQL, ssis, ssas and ssrs, then the manager asked me to talk in English. Asked about preferred salary and possible start date. So the job offer was made and I was able to start in two weeks.

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Kiev (Ukraine) (took a day)
First I had a round with HR who asked some silly questions. Then there was some management guy with some technical background. Then I was offered to pass a test at Brainbench. In the end I was asked how I liked their office and everything. I didn't like it, and that was what I honestly told them.
