The process took a day - interviewed at ESPN in June 2007.

Interview Details – After a phone interview, I was flown out to their office to meet with 8 individuals including 5 teammates, my hiring manager, the director of the group, and the VP of the group. The interview questions were reasonable, and I felt like they were mostly focused on gauging my passion for the product as well as my potential to fit into the culture. Knowledge of the sporting industry is suggested but not required. It was a 6 hour day, and all of the team members were friendly and easy to talk to.

Interview Question – Assume that we want to offer a promotion to only specific users who visit the site. Those randomly selected users will see a 10% discount on the price. How do you ensure that this user see's the same price for the product on repeat visits?   Answer Question
