    Interview

It was easy, but the information shared at the time of recruitment was not matching with the current profile. This was a replacement and not new opportunity and pre conceived notion was a kind of hindrance. Breaking the ice was and has been a great challenge

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at EY (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in August 2013.

    Interview

First had an interview with the HR over phone. Next round was with a partner and a sr manager. Overall the interview went really well. However, after follow up for 3 weeks i received an update that we have kept the position on hold. I followed up again after 6 months and they still did not decide on that position. I didnt get the job offer but I would like to say that i always received a warm gestures from HR and they were really very approachable.

    Manager Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Houston, TX
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at EY (Houston, TX) in March 2015.

    Interview

Long series of interviews: 1) recruiter, 2) HR Partner, 4) Senior Manager, and then 4) onsite interview with a consultant, a Senior Manager, and a Partner. All interviewers were kind and professional. Under different circumstances, I would be very interested in joining one of their teams. In fact, I still consider it. All interviewers were honest and sincere about their own experiences, good and bad. I am far more impressed by that honesty than by a firm who tries to show only the positive sides.
