The recruiter called me and had an informal phone interview on the spot (this was on a Friday). She felt I would be a good candidate for the position based on our conversation and scheduled a meeting with the manager of the department hiring for the following Monday. Monday morning I met with the department manager and supervisor for an hour long interview discussing my experience and why I would be good at this position. After the hour, I spent 20 minutes with a account rep shadowing him in order to get an idea for what the position actually entailed.

One interview with group lead, team lead and QA member. Very warm and welcoming. The questions were not too hard but some programming specifics were a bit surprising.
