Started off with phone screening by recruiter. After that, phone interview with an engineer.
Was called in to talk to 4 engineers/program manager/manager. Each had their own set of questions from technical, to people skills.
The technical interview was a bit stressful as they ask you to diagram/code/draw out DB and other tools.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and an IQ/Intelligence Test.
