    The interviewing process at the NHS is a tough, high anxiety provoking exercise, very much in tune with national equal opportunity guidelines. In my particular experience the interviewing panel, three to four people, which included the team service manager, consultant psychiatrist, family therapist and a service user asked me a variety of questions (about 8; some two-part) regarding my professional and inter-personal skills.
