they were very much in sell mode. i'd heard that the place was a tough environment but didn't feel the people were unfriendly-- in fact they all seemed likable and would be good people to work with. this has been a tough year for their industry but some people appear to be making very good money.

Reason for Declining
I didn't like the compensation plan and heard that the place was poorly run with the highest turnover in town.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
