Interview Details – They called me to find out the skills I had to offer and what I wanted to do as far what area of interest I was looking forward to pursuing.

Negotiation Details – Did not really have one because it was a volunteer job.

Interview Details – I applied online and received a call back the next morning, literally at 7am, and the person immediately gave me a phone interview while i was essentially asleep. I did not even remember doing the phone interview nor what I said until I received a second phone call asking me to do an in-person interview. When I got there, I filled out a questionnaire about whether or not I knew various behavioral terms. There were 2 other candidates waiting with me. The interview was quite long and the questions were very broad and open-ended; for example, "Name a time when you learned the most". There was role-playing at the end, where the interviewer pretended to be a client, and i demonstrated how I would run the therapy session. Many questions were about my prior experience. I think half the interview was about prior experience.

Interview Details – I met with the hiring manager then came back for a panel interview.

Interview Details – Applied through school website and got a call back for an interview. They were really nice at the interview, offered water and coffee. It was a behavioral interview.

Negotiation Details – Hours

Interview Details – Discussed skills and abilities. Strengths and weakness.

Negotiation Details – No

Interview Details – Pretty straight forward and casual. The interview was mostly conversational. You were asked the basic interview questions as well as given situations and asked how you would respond to them.

Negotiation Details – There was little room to no room for negotiation with the salary.

Interview Details – Initially interviewed with Director and Lead Family Support Advocate, was called back within 48 hrs and followed up with an interview by Corporate office and was offered a job the same day to start work within 3 days. Interview was easy going but Director stated upfront that she has had issues with employees respecting her. Definately was mislead by the amount of the workload and the fact that the company had not been at 100% staffing in over 90 days.

Negotiation Details – No negotiation

Interview Details – I had a phone interview first, shortly after I had a in person interview. I was offered a position during the second interview.

Interview Details – I applied for the job on craigslist, by sending my resume along with a coverletter. The very next day i recieved a call regarding an interview. The Director and the Assiant Director interview together. They alternate asking you questions, If they are liking you for the position, the interview can take be as long 60 min. If they dont like the way the interview is going they ask a specific question (which i havent figured out yet) and end the interview with 10-15 min.

If you make it throught the interview, they will ask you to come in for a working interview. you will go into the classroom and interact with the teachers and the children for about 45min. afterwards they will meet with you and ask how you felt about working in that classroom, and ask if you had anymore questions. After you leave, they will talk to the teachers and ask them if they think you're a good fit for the room or not, they will ask how you interacted with the children, etc.

They check ALLl of your references, and if they cant get ahold of someone, it delays the whole process. If everythings checks out you could be hired within 3-5 days.
