Interview Details – First there is a phone interview then an on site interview. For the onsite they fly you in and put you up in the Marriott. An employee picks you up, has breakfast with you and then takes you over to where the real interviews begin. I met with several different people. Everyone was very friendly and easy going. They use the STAR behavioral interview methodology. An offer came a little over a week later. After the offer a background check and drug screen were performed.

Interview Questions
Negotiation Details – I was able to suggest which term that I would like to start. I would suggest that you prepare ahead of time examples of situations in your life that would apply to work experience, like times you worked with a team or had leadership roles.

Interview Details – I was first called by Eastman Chemical Company to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 45 minutes and I talked to two Electrical Engineers that work at Eastman. Both interviewers were really nice and the phone interview went well. I was contacted to setup an on-site interview and I flew up there for the on-site interview. Eastman does a wonderful job in setting up flights and scheduling your visit. I had to do nothing but make sure I got on the plane. The day of the interview two Eastman employees picked me up at the hotel and I had breakfast with them. Breakfast was great. I had interviews scheduled for the entire morning from 8 am till about 12:30 pm. I interviewed with over 10 people from different departments and different levels. Other than it being a long morning, there is nothing stressful about the interviews other than the stress we put on ourselves as the one being interviewed. Everyone there is extremely nice and they make the process very easy and make you feel comfortable. My experience with Eastman has been exceptional and they offer great salary and benefits for an entry level engineer. I have been offered a position and even though I haven't formally accepted the offer yet, due to having to go for a couple other interviews, I plan to accept the offer. It will be very difficult for these other two companies to compare to my experience with Eastman Chemical Company.

Interview Details – Eastman Chemical Company has a one-on-one interview style that focuses on getting to know the person individually through both questions pertaining to "situations when you experienced ..." and "tell me about ____ on your resume". The interviewer was both relaxed and informative about all questions I had relating to the company and had appropriate links for me to visit if I was more curious about the specifics of the job that could not be answered by the interviewer. Overall, it was one of the best interviews I had during my co-op search.
Interview Question – I don't remember any of the questions to be particularly difficult and I was even less taken aback by them because of the more relaxed nature of the interview. Answer Question

Interview Details – Received a call from the HR dept. to setup phone interview. Phone interview lasted 1 hour and consisted of mostly behavioral questions. In-person interview consisted of 1:1 interviews with 5 separate engineers, 1 hour per interviewer. Almost purely behavioral questions such as: "name an instance when your technical knowledge was used to solve a problem", and "why do you want to work for us". Interviewers were respectful and polite, not as bad as some other companies I've read about on here. Just be ready for these types of questions.
Interview Question – Name an instance when you didn't get along with a teammate during a project, and what you did to resolve this conflict. Answer Question
