Interviewed Dec 2010 (took a day)
I was first contacted by HR dept. and did a 30 minute general phone interview with Eastman Outdoors. One week later, I was asked to fly into Flushing and interview with a panel. Eastman paid for the flight and HR dept. drove me from the airport to the office where we began the interview. The President of the company was 10 minutes late arriving and I began with 3 of the 5 people on the panel interview. After 1 hour of general questions about my past work experience, we stopped for lunch. I was continued to be asked questions about what/if scenarios throughout lunch. After lunch we went back to the office and I was given a fast tour of the facilities. I was only introduced to 3 people while walking through the warehouse and marketing/sales department.
The HR dept. returned me back to the airport and discussed my thoughts and if I would like to work for Eastman.
Two days later, I received a phone call from the HR dept. and was asked to come to work for Eastman.
Received an offer letter and accepted.
