Interviewed Nov 2011 in Tijuana, Estado de Baja California (Mexico) (took 4+ weeks)
I applied for the Administrative Assistant to General Manager position online. I was contacted the same day of my application by the HR department for an initial telephone screen. Phone screen was very relaxed. I was asked to answer general questions on past experience and behavioral issues and how I would react in certain situations. The HR person sounded excited about my background and asked if I could come in for a personal interview the following week. The personal interview was a 1:1 with another HR person, who was very polite. The interview went very smoothly. The initial feedback was that my background was perfect for the position and that it would come down to a personality match. I was informed that I would be called on for a third and final interview in the week to come. A month passed and nothing. I never heard back from this person. I did call and email to follow up and I was plainly ignored. The lack of professionalism and common diplomacy was simply not there. I was very disappointed when I was finally able to reach the HR person that had interviewed me, and she was very rude on the phone, stating that they had hired a different candidate – she bluntly hung up and that was it.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Beltsville, MD (took a day)
Basic phone screen with recruiter in Texas, then phone screen with hiring manager. Brought in for on-site interviews approximately 2 weeks later. Interviewed with various members of staff - HR, supply chain, quality management, potential peers in quality group, operations manager, plant manager. Interviews lasted entire day - 9am to 230pm, typically in one hour blocks. Interviews both 1:1 and 2:1. Questions are behavioral - tell me about a time when, tell me about a situation when. Hiring manager selects skills for job, then questions revolve around those skills. Awaiting response from hiring manager regarding offer.

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took 2 days)
Preliminary phone interview with internal recruiter. Phone interview with business leader and functional leader. In person interview with business leader and other members of the staff. Was lined up to meet with the functional leader later in the same week. At end of 1st interview day was told that they need to recheck schedules. There was no chemistry or fit, so would have liked a direct and professional rejection. Never did get a follow-up from the company - extremely unprofessional. Will not waste my time with this organization again.

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took 1+ week)
I applied online for the job and was contacted 10 days later by HR over the phone to set up a formal phone interview. The formal phone interview was scheduled for later in the week. They did not call when they were scheduled to, so I called them. They said that there were scheduling conflicts and rescheduled me for the following week. They called me on time for that interview which lasted about 30 minutes. The questions were general and related to specific positions on my resume.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Jackson, MS (took a day)
A initial telephone screen followed by an all day interview from 8 to 4. It was grueling and over the top. You interview with people you don't even work with and only with a few that you will be working along side. There were way too many hypothetical questions.

They actually offered more than I asked for. They force you to pick a number though which was stressful.
