I talked to an HR representative at a college career expo, I was given an interview right at the booth. At the interview it was a typical HR interview, with a total of 3 or 4 behavioral type questions. Frankly, 3 or 4 interview questions cannot evaluate a candidate adequately and I felt like I was not evaluated properly.

There was a phone screen followed up with on-site interview. The interview with the hiring manager was 1:1, and the interview with others occured in groups of 3-4/
