Interview
The HR manager set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. The interview was pretty standard, with the most common questions you would expect. It lasted a little bit over half an hour. Next step would have been in person.
The interview process was smooth and thorough. It lasted about 45 minutes and I was shown the shop floor and type of machines I would be setting up and running.

They asked me if I have Lead experience and what my experience is setting up Lathes and working with castings
