Interviewed Feb 2010 in Salt Lake City, UT (took 2 weeks)
The process was a typical large company hiring process. You have to post your resume and other forms to their website before anything else. I also had to take two tests and fill out 6or 7 more forms online. HR was very fast getting to me though. I had a response e-mail same day and a phone interview two days later. Then the physical interview the beginning of next week.

Interviewed Nov 2008 in Alpharetta, GA (took 2 days)
First you go through a phone interview with HR. They ask you the basic interview questions (Strengths, Weaknesses, Background, etc..). They also ask you situational interview questions. If you pass the phone interview, you meet/interview with your immediate manager. The interview typically last about 2 hours. If you pass that you go on a feild ride and then one last interview.

Interviewed May 2009 (took 4 weeks)
They had an efficient process. The phone screen ensured a good match between me and their company; I had a good understanding of the scope prior to coming onsite. Interviews were on time, and employees asked good questions. I was impressed by the talent -- bright people, enthusiastic and passionate.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Minneapolis, MN (took a day)
The interview was with a HR person and an IT manager. It consisted SOLELY of behavorial question, no walking through resume or anything like that. So try to prepare ahead for those kind of questions (Tell me about a time when....), also have thoughtful questions for them if you want to make a good impression.
