Began online with 2 hr test, received call from HR, called later by DM, 1 on 1 2 wks later, phone call to meet Regional VP month later, job offer 30 days later

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

I interviewed at a college recruiting event. Then I got a call back about a month later to have another interview over the phone. After that interview they told me I would have another interview from a manager in a week but they never called back. They were all very nice to me at each of the interviews but I wonder how come it is takes months to call back.

I was contacted by a HR rep the day after I sent in my application and then had a phone interview set up 5 days after. I had the phone interview and I thought it went really well but unfortunately did not get a call back.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Detroit, MI (took a day)
Started with a phone call by an HR person to screen me for the position. Asked if I mind wearing a tie 3 times, not sure if he was very experienced. Then a call be a District Manager to set up a meeting. Dont think the DM knew how to interview very well. Asked if I knew about the company, I suggest reading the website .

Told him I needed to make 40k - 50k per year. offer was 35k to train. been training for one year... still same pay. Little bit in commissions, no one is buying much these days
