I applied for a position within the company. So I knew what it was like to work there. I completed an application form, had one interview with two people. The interview is all behavioral questions with a few technical questions. A little tricky to anser these questions. You respond to a seniario and give the best answer that you can using SMART answers.

I did not need to negotiate. But those starting new can negotiate your holidays but not too much the salary.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Personality Test.

Interview with HR on the phone which consisted of asking questions and typing in the answers, behavioral online test and behavioral interview with 3 staff members. The interview was a mind numbing 2 hours of behavioral questions.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Waterloo, ON (Canada) (took a day)
The process is straightforward. First a HR guy called me and asked several HR questions. Several days later, they told to have a on-site interview. A resource manager, a technical leader and a service manager interviewed me. They asked some OB questions and also technical questions, not very hot questions. The interviewers were friendly and nice. I like them.
