Interviewed Jul 2010 in Conshohocken, PA (took 2 weeks)

Had phone screeing interview with HR representative, very professional and friendly. She asked a mix of behavioral and standard interview questions, and discussed salary range. Followed up with 1:1 interviews the following week with hiring manager and 3 of his peers for approx. 30 minutes each. Hiring manager interview lasted closer to 1 hour. Very relaxed dress code at CitiPrepaid - everyone including management wears jeans, shorts, sandals (it was summer). I got the feeling it was a 'work hard, play hard' type of environment. The office is in an old warehouse so the call center was in a very open space enviroment with electical cords hanging from the rafters to power computers. Hiring manager asked very good situational/behavior questions, all of which i believe i handled well. He was making his decision based one round of interviews only - I liked that! Got a call from the HR rep., later in the week feeling me out on salary, and nothing further. No answers to my follow-up inquiries.
