Interviewed Dec 2011 in Bellevue, WA (took 2 months)
This was the most difficult interview I ever had in my career and I was quite happy with the overall result.
I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter the cery next day who arranged a phone screening with a technical person.
After I cleared the first phone round, they arranged a second round of phone interview with the Hiring manager. And upon positive result from the Hiring Manger they flew me into Seattle and interviewed me for one whole day.
There I met with 6-7 different people from the product engineering and product management side and the overall level of the interview was quite tough but since I had prepared well, I was able to get through.
Each interview spent about 45 mins to one hour with me and the entire day went in giving interviews with the technical team. Each of them asked me technical questions where I had to use the whiteboard to draw or explain something, and there were instances where I had to even write java code.
Finally I met the hiring manager and he explained me more about the position and gave an overall idea about the expectation from my job.
