Edmunds.com Ad Manager Interview

Talked to recruiter and he sent me a web cam for a Hirevue interview. They sent me the link to Hirevue, and then it rolls through a series of questions, of which you have 3 minutes to give an answer. It was really weird. I think most salespeople are good at reading non-verbal cues, and doing an interview in this format, makes it hard to decipher what the decision-maker is looking for. At least talking on the phone, there's interaction. I was really put-off by the whole thing.
