    I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Education Realty (Memphis, TN) in January 2012.

    Interview

    First a two phone interviews, relatively easy asking about your background and experience. followed by an interview with two Vice Presidents, which took about an hour. After about two weeks called for a series of interviews at the corporate office total of 14 interviews all in one day. The corporate interviews were all scheduled back to back making for a very long day.

    Interview

    Getting the job was very easy. Most of their managers are good at picking out good employees that they think they can work to death. The bonus' are nice, however the salary is mediocre and well under paid after you review all the things required of you or just thrown your way.

    They company is not willing to go beyond what they think the position should be paid. You will not see an increase beyond 3% each year.
