Interview Details – This was a second phone interview conducted by the newly hired administrator. It was very obvious the administrator was reading a list of prepared questions from a sheet of paper. Very impersonal. Also, all of the question asked were in regard to a teaching position. No attempt was made to apply the questions to a school counselor position.
Interview Question – No school counseling questions are asked. All questions are teacher related questions. Answer Question
