Interviewed Jan 2010 in Vancouver, BC (Canada) (took a day)
The HR representative came to do an on-campus interview. Mostly questioned about my background, resume, and interests. I didn't have a great background in software and maybe my apprehension showed, so I didn't get a follow up. I wasn't sure that I wanted to work there as it is purely software.

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took a day)
It is a 30 minutes on campus interview. The interviewer is pretty nice and asked some basic background questions and went through my resume. Then he asked me to write a little program to solve a problem. The question is not hard. However I got a little nervous and didn't come up with the solution immediately.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Redwood City, CA (took 3 weeks)
The interview process involved 6 interviews with two interviews each from three different studios in the campus. Each studio sent a software engineer to test the technical ability and a senior manager or producer to test the cultural fit. the questions ranged on trees, performance optimization, to 3D space problems. Overall the experience was interesting as it was a good mix of technical questions and interesting debates about Artificial intelligence approaches to the different kinds of games.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Redwood City, CA (took 2 weeks)
They called me a couple of weeks after submitting the resume in their jobs website. The day after I did a phone interview that went for 1h. I talked to one of the tech managers and an engineer, both of them were quite nice and made quesitons that made a lot of sense. They weren't algorithm or structures questions, it was more about my experience with other projects with a lot of details.
I received an email 2 days after that to set another interviews at the HQ. Needless to say their offices rock! Big campus, arcade, soccer pitch, in office Starbucks. They showed me around and then took me to a room where I spent 4h talking to different engineers and managers, one by one, all of them very nice guys.
They called me 2 days after that to agree on an offer.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Burnaby, BC (Canada) (took a day)
Had a onsite interview because I was a local candidate. There were two part to the interview. The first part was a technical interview with two members of the team I am interviewing for. They were very clear on their expectation that they wanted someone who can jump onto the project quickly. I was given two technical questions to do. The second part of the interview was just a HR interview that went over a few things on my resume and answered the questions I have.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Montreal, QC (Canada) (took 2 weeks)
After applying online I heard back from an EA recruiter within a few days letting me know that the Technical Director wasn't currently out of town, but would have my resume to review as soon as he got back.
About two weeks later i was asked to come in for an interview. They were able to work with my availability and scheduled an interview time that worked for both of us. A week later the day of the interview came. The recruiter gave me a tour of the studio, giving me some info on the company and the industry as a whole. It was an excellent ice breaker and calmed my nerves. When it was time for the interview the recruiter told me that the Technical Director would be running a little late so instead he introduced me to one of the producers. We went for coffee and chatted about the project that i would be working on.
When the technical director arrived that's when the real interview started. The interview consisted of only a few typical quiz like questions. These questions were what i would consider the "dummy test". If you couldn't answer these first few questions there was no point in going any farther because I obviously lied about my experience with the technologies on my resume. The rest of the interview consisted of me explaining my previosu experience and projects. This is where natural enthusiasm and interest play a big part.
The recruiter came back and as he was escorting me he asked if i would mind hanging around so that i could meet the executive producer. 20 minutes later my 2nd interview began. He asked about my education background, my work experience, why i was interested in the job/EA, etc... Followed by answering any questions i had.
The week following the interview involved a lot of back and forth with the recruiter, sending them my university transcripts, current compensation, etc...

Negotiation Details
I was able to negotiate an additional week vacation as well as a better base salary. I found that the recruiter was friendly and fair with the negotiation process. I was leaving another job to pursue this new opportunity so i needed to feel like the offer i was getting was worth making the switch. They fully met my expectations and i felt very satisfied with the end result.

Interviewed Jan 2009 (took a day)
The communications were excellent. They have got recruiters just for new grads. Generally very nice people. The nature of the interview was generally non-technically, with some simple short CS questions that I had to respond. Overall they were testing for personality more than technical competence. The job that I interviewed for was supposed to be in Redmond, WA.

Interviewed Jan 2008 (took a day)
Was contacted by an HR person via email. Went through a general phone screening interview about my resume. This was followed by a technical phone interview and an in-person interview. During the in-person interview there was technical question answer session and a programming/debugging test on a computer. The interviewing staff was very professional, prompt, and considerate during the negotiation process. They left a great impression and were clear and frank in answering work environment related questions.

Interviewed May 2007 in Orlando, FL (took 1 week)
The interview process is very formal, campus interview -> phone interview -> onsite.
You will need accomplish a paper test onsite, followed by a lunch and a group interview.
All interviewers are very nice and professional. The test is hard to finish in time so plan it and do your best.
