Interviewed May 2010 (took 3 weeks)
Interviews are conducted first with a 30 minute screening phone interview. It may take several weeks before you hear if you will get a live interview. If you hear nothing, you didn't make it to the live interview. Live interview consists of a panel of three. If they like you, you'll get a field day with a representative. That is part of the interview as well, so don't let your guard down. If they still like what they see, you'll get a job offer.
Negotiation Details
They don't negotiate as far as I can tell. They use an algorithm based on education and experience.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed May 2011 (took 2 weeks)

I interviewed with 2 managers and a Executive Rep. I was given a call to interview again with the hiring manager. I interviewed with him for about 3 hours. Long process but you must be well prepared...
