Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 2+ weeks)
First, phone interview (screening I guess)
Then I met someone from RH (interview) and then another 3 interviews with Regional Manager
At last, you have an Interview with 2 or 3 Directors.
If they like, they make the proposal the same day or a few days after.
It was actually really quick, I did the first 4 interviews in one day, and the others another day.. you have to wait like 1 week- 15days but it depends. I have friends that didn't have that many interviews and others who have waited more for a response..

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took a day)
Applied on-line, was called for phone interview, did well, and was approved for face-to-face. Traveled out of town and overnight. There were many people interviewing over a period of 2-3 days. Unfortunately, I'm a Southern belle and my panel was two gents from NYC! I wouldn't change a thing about how I answered the questions, however. The interview questions were the regular behavior-based questions. Don't forget to ask for the job and do get business cards (which I neglected to do). I did ask for feedback and offered a copy of my brag book, but they said they weren't allowed to say anything or accept the book. The group was told a specific timeframe during which we would know if we would receive an offer or not. It has been four weeks since the interview and I have still not received my expense reimbursement nor notification either way.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Athens, GA (took 4 days)
Phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. Interviewer was very dry, simply asked questions and typed as I spoke. Questions were all behavioral type questions:
- Tell me a time that you were competitive.
- What research did you do to prepare for this interview.
- Tell me of a time that you had to set a goal, what were the outcomes and were you satisfied.
- Why do you want to work for Lilly?
Said that I would get an application packet by e-mail. Two days later, got an email saying that they could not offer me a position at this time.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 2 weeks)
The phone interview was done by a woman in Ohio. It was obvious she was not an employee of EL. When I asked specific questions about the position she wasn't sure of the answers. It was a behavioral interview. IE, what did I do to prepare for the interview?, What information was I given in my last performance reivew and what did I do with that information, when did I have to gain someone's trust. She also asked me my gpa again and what was my proudest professional accomplishment. She made it clear she had 30 min to speak with me and no more.

Interviewed Dec 2010 (took 3 weeks)
Applied online at company website. Received call for PI. Moved forward to a F2F interview with the hiring manager. One of most difficult interviews I have been on. Emphasis on situational questions and review of my sales documentation. One interviewer was more conversational, the other a bit more aloof - tried not to engage with me during the discussion. Asked questions typical of F2F such as, Why Lilly? What do you know about the company/products? Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult situation? Have you ever disagreed with your manager about feedback you received? What accomplishment are you most proud of?

Interviewed Oct 2008 (took 3 weeks)
The hiring process is like most others in this industry. Phone screen, then perhaps a phone screen with the manager, then a panel interview and then you wait. The process can be quick depending on how long soon they are trying to fill the position. The questions can be a bit over whelming. Ensure that you know the company and the drugs for what you may be selling

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took a day)
The interview process was more like a one on one recruiting event. I was told to bring a copy of my resume and had a 10 minute time slot to sign up for with the university career center. The interviewer was a district sales manager for the area and just went over my resume and qualifications. Considering it was so short, there wasn't too much room for specific questions. At the end they handed me a brochure and I was instructed to apply online.
