Interview Details – I had been referred into the job by the outgoing Account Executive and had worked for the company 5 years prior to this job. At the time I was in a contract position temporarily with Arden. There were several interviews, one by phone and 2 in person

Interview Details – Basic questions focusing on prior challenges and experience. Asked about what the biggest changes I had faced were. They asked about frequent job changes as well as my goals for the future. Pretty much just like any other interview you would have at any other company.

I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Elizabeth Arden in March 2011.

Interview Details – Elizabeth Arden is on the slower side to hire managers and above. There were about 4 rounds of interviews for my position and it took a total of a month to be hired from my first interview to my offer letter. The interviews were pretty standard for the industry.

Interview Question – Tell me about a time when you failed and what you learned from it in order to avoid it from happening again in the future.   Answer Question
