Interviewed Mar 2011 (took a day)
First the company's HR lady called me to confirm the position that I'm applying for. Then asked me if I had other offer on hand. Which I did not have. Then, another person from the company called, and introduced himself as the process engineer at the company and asked a bunch of questions like why I wanted the intern, what engineering subject I had taken and what I expected of the job. It all when well and he was friendly. Later I got the position and it turned out that the process engineer who did the phone interview was my supervisor at the company that I did my intern.
