Interviewed Mar 2009 (took 3 days)
The interview process consisted of a preliminary phone discussion followed by one on one live interviews on two separate days. Total amount of people spoken to was about nine. Everything was professional. Questions were mostly of technical nature and nothing out of the ordinary. The overall experience is OK.
Dissapointed by the argument why my candidcy was not a match. Usually after first round of interviews it should be clear whether you are looking for a senior person or a fresh graduate. I had two interviews for a senior position and was told that after all they would prefer a recent grad.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Bedford, MA (took a day)
Interviewed with Hiring manager and two senior staff members. Manager was new, still had card with engineer title, spoke a mile a minute which I later diagnosed as nervousness. Sr engineer asked C++ questions, told me I was wrong on a "delete" question which I was almost positive I was right. Looked up later and I was correct. Additional problem solving questions asked. SCRUM method used, no new development, sustaining and feature work only. Salary was in the low $90s? Seemed like an okay place to work, but not much fun and that's the feeling I got from the engineers.
