Interviewed Feb 2011 in Chadds Ford, PA (took 3 weeks)
I was contacted by HR to set up an interview after I answered a posting on their job site. I did a phone interview with HR and did well enough to be asked to come in for a face to face interview. This is where the problems started.
The job description was vague, repetitive, and just meandered on for about 2 whole pages. It included a clause about being available for contact "after business hours." At least they were upfront about being a sweat shop.
The itinerary changed a few times before the interview, which was fine. But once I got there, noone could find the person I was supposed to interview with. Then, when I got in, the people I interviewed with had a five-year-old resume from an old resume database. Net result is that they had no idea who I was, and where I was working, or what I was doing. They were blatantly unprepared for a candidate to come in, and worse yet they didn't seem to care.
After the interview, I immediately sent thank you emails to everyone I interviewed with, and heard nothing back. I was told I would hear back after they moved through a few more candidates. After two weeks I got back to HR by email, and three days later I got a stock rejection email from the hiring manager with some boilerplate language about there being a plethora of qualified candidates, etc....
I was very excited about the opportunity to interview at Endo, because the company is a true success story in our industry. I prepared thoroughly, displayed perfect attention, polish, and enthusiasm, and my interview was treated as an inconvenience for all the participants involved. One of the managed markets executives used my interview time to complain about his boss and how unfair the company is to people in this group. He even complained about the hiring manager and how poorly he does his job!
Overall, I think I'm better off not working there. It was pretty obvious to me that I knew more about the subject matter at hand based on my experience than the people I interviewed with, especially the hiring manager. Just a complete circus. Stay away.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Chadds Ford, PA (took a day)
Job description was excellent match for my background. It took 3 weeks to schedule the interviews. Interviews seemed to go very well, lots of positive discussions, my background matched their needs, etc. Initial feedback through recruiter was very positive. Then we went to the 'be patient' mode. It took them 2 more months to say No.

Interviewed May 2010 in Chadds Ford, PA (took 3 weeks)
Phone interview went well. Took awhile to connect for 1:/Group. Two fairly new-to-company Directors/VP's and HR rep. Interaction with VP's went well. HR was not as knowledgeable. I should have controlled discussion and message. My fault. Received generic "NO-THANKS" email. Asked for feedback/received call from hiring mgr. Helpful.

Interviewed Jun 2009 in Chadds Ford, PA (took 2+ weeks)
Internal Endo recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn. They requested a phone screen, which I couldn't accommodate as I was out of the country the week of the phone screen. I then went in for the second round, and spent 30 minutes each with 4 different people. The decision for round 2 was made quickly, unfortunately, I was not the choice. The recruiter called me to let me know the results. I appreciated the feedback and candor.
