Itasca, IL

I applied online and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Enesco in July 2011.

Interview Details – Phone interview, Called in to interview with the manager than both the department Supervisor and Lead. Then they have you sit with a rep for an hour and listen to calls.

Interview Question – They were all fairly easy. They try to make it seem like its a high volume call center when on an average the number of calls answered is 25 to 30 that's if they like you if not you end up answering 40 to 45 calls per day.   View Answer
