Very Easy Interview
Manager Interview (Negative Experience; Very Easy Interview)
I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Eni.
Interview Details – extremely unprofessional and improvised, it took 25 mins and then they did a verbal offer. avoid this company unless you are unemployed
Reason for Declining – just by observing the atmosphere in their offices you see the story. stressed, unstructured, dictatorial, terrible work-life balance. they aim to be international but really don't like working with other nationalities like french or even Brits!!
Manager Interview (Neutral Experience; Average Interview)
I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Eni in August 2008.
Interview Details – interview process is not standard , usually a first interview /assessment and then a technica interview
Negotiation Details – What were you able to negotiate? What advice would you give others considering an offer?
