Interviewed Dec 2011 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
To summarize my job interview experience at Enova, id say it was VERY POSITIVE. HR people were very professional and friendly, as well as flexible and really helpful with any questions or concerns. 10 out of 10!!!!
I found Enova Financial online, applied for positions and was contacted within couple of weeks. HR representative who contacted me was very professional and informative. We scheduled a phone interview a week from the first phone call.
During the phone interview I was asked transparent and very well prepared questions (not some general, vague stuff that i had to deal with on interviews at other companies). The phone interview lasted 30 min and in the end of it the HR rep invited me to the on-site interview with 4 people. 3 days after the phone interview i had to leave the country for about 3 weeks, and i asked if it was possible to arrange the on-site interview the next day and she said "Woww. Need to check everyones calendars, but i will try.". Within 1 hour i received a phone call from her that i got the interview next day with 4 people - so, next day after the phone interview i had an on-site interview!!!! I was surprised that she managed to schedule it so fast. I lived in Michigan and Enova is located in Chicago, so i drove to the interview next day.
As I said i had 1:1 interviews with 4 people (all department managers), each about 30-40 minutes long. I was provided free parking, clear instructions on what, where and with whom regarding the plan of the interview. They put me in a room and interviewers were coming to me. On the interview they were checking my knowledge of concepts and thinking abilities, rather than strict definitions or else which requires memorization. They were helpful if they saw you were missing something and never made me uncomfortable about answers or ideas. I trully enjoyed the interview process, and i mean it. (it is irrelevant but i did great on the interview :), i felt very good and happy).
Next day the offer from Enova was on the table which i chose against an offer from another company which was in Detroit.
I am still very happy that I chose Enova. The same good feeling that i had after the interview I have every day at work.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 2 weeks)
Three phone interviews. The first was a basic screen. The second two were case studies, basically what factors would you consider when building a model to predict returns on payday loans. Ultimately, after the third interview I didn't hear anything until over two weeks later when I was notified by email that I did not get the position.
