Hiring process was extremely easy. I was hired on through a staffing agency RemX. The process was fast. When you go in you have to fill out a huge packet of onboarding materials first and take an oral drug test then the next day you will have a learning and testing course in your email regarding HIPPA, Fraud and abuse. Once that is completed you receive an onboarding and start date email.Interviews were held at 27th street & Camelback, Job site is at I-17 & Greenway

After the initial email application a recruiter calls for a phone interview (about 20 minutes); then you are sent information via email for your drug test, background check and HIPAA / HITECH testing online. The whole process takes about 2 weeks depending on your state guidelines for background check. It could take longer in other states; mine was Florida.

    Interview Questions
    • The interview is all based on your experiences and what they expect from you on the job.
Most unexpected question: "What are the parts of a medical records file?"
The HIPPA / HITECH testing is pretty long, about 2-3 hours on the computer.
