Interviewed Jun 2011 in San Antonio, TX (took 2 days)
applied online, got a call to schedule and interview went in and interviewed with three different people. They mostly ask about experience with sales and service. Make sure you are personable and outgoign. You will be asked to do a role play selling to a customer depending on who interviews you. Its a customer service and sales job so make sure you ask for the position at the end of every interview. The company has an excellent training program, good benefits but you're not compensated fairly for all your work and management varies.

Interviewed Mar 2008 (took 2 weeks)
I had a one on one interview on my college campus. After passing that interview, they had all the college hire candidates visit one of their offices for a day of interviewing, meeting associates, and seeing what it is like to work there. The day ended with dinner at Maggiano's.

Interviewed Mar 2008 in Union City, TN (took 4 days)
first contacted by Hr for a phone interview then you met with branch and area manager for a basic interview asking you to describe your abilities and why you want to work for us. Last you interview with the VP of that region and it was rather simple just want to know what you have accomplished and what you can do for us.

Interviewed Dec 2008 in Manassas, VA (took a day)
First interview is usually with a recruiter simple stereotypical questions. Next would be with an Area Manager along with a Branch Manager, and lastly with a Regional Vice President. They may try to intimidate you to see how you work under pressure. Remember Sales and Service. You will work 50+ hours and make about 35k, but if you meet goals you should be able to get promoted in about 9 months.
Looking for the upbeat fraternity/sorority type. Give sales experience and experience with dealing with a difficult customer. SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE is what they are looking for.

Interviewed Apr 2009 in Rockville, MD (took a day)
Process was a sham. Managers are glorified car washers. They were obviously looking for recent graduates and expect ongoing turnover. The questions were very routine. It is difficult to be objective about the process. Apparently they do call you back for a second and third interview with higher levels of management, but I'm sure that my body language indicated that I was not really interested. They seemed to lose interest in me when they saw that I had done my research and knew about their program in detail.
