Interviewed May 2012 in Austin, TX (took 2 weeks)
Got a response from online application within 10 hrs. Recruiter who had emailed me went on vacation for a week starting the next day, so was trying to schedule phone screening with other recruiter who wasn't very timely on returning calls. Finally had face to face interview set up and only took 15 minutes before I was asked for a second interview. Said to hear back to schedule within a few days. Few days later I got an auto generated email saying they were perusing other candidates. Replied back to email asking what changed her mind and was told I could call to get feedback at any time. A week of phone tag later, I gave up. Wouldn't have been a big deal if I wasn't told I made it to next round on the spot. Lack of proper communication looks bad on the company.

It was a 1 on 1 interview. The interviewer was very pleasant. I had felt that I had done well, but was not called back for the second interview.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Austin, TX (took 2 days)
I met with a recruiter at a college career fair and she talked briefly about the company and then set up an interview for 2 days later. I went to the 1 on 1 interview, which consisted of behavioral questions. I guess I was not what they were looking for because about 5 days later I got an email saying they were going to continue with other candidates. I sent a thank you email, and also request information on what I could improve on to gain future employment. But, I received no response. My advice: study prep questions from online behavioral interview sites, and wear a full suite to the interview. I think that was a mistake on my end. I forgot to wear a blazer.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Austin, TX (took 5 days)
Phone interview was first. Talked about my background, my previous jobs, my skills and my references. They do call your references so be honest. There is a drug test if your hired. Had an interview at their location that lasted about 30-40 minutes. First they tell you about the company and the position available. Questions were not too tough, just be ready to answer the basic intv questions like what would you do if? and what problems have you overcome etc.

Reason for Declining
I was offered a position at Dell computer. Hours seemed too long, 50+ hours a week for 30K a year.
Seems like a great company, just wasn't for me when I had a better opportunity

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Austin, TX (took 2 months)
Met the recruiter at a college career fair and had a 1:1 interview with them there. Asked the normal questions (i.e. what are your strengths and weaknesses? What are your career goals with Enterprise?). Had a second interview in Austin 2 weeks later with a regional HR employee who assured me I was a good fit and only suggested that I emphasize my sales experience more. Waited over a month to have the third (branch observation interview) scheduled. Went to the branch and was ignored by the salespeople and simply sat for 2 hours waiting for the manager to see me. Finally entered the interview and things went seemingly well. I waited another 2 weeks before contacting the HR department to see if a decision had been made. Finally, 2. 5 months after the intial contact with the recruiter, I was declined a position with the company.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Austin, TX (took 2 weeks)
The HR person was very likable and easy to talk with about past positions and the job they were hiring. Then met with Sales Manager - did not connect personally. Even though he said he was a hands off manager - everything about the position requirements screamed micro-manager. The base pay was going to be low - $25K + commissions.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Austin, TX (took 1 week)
I applied online on 3/2, completing a company-specific application and a personality test. The following day a recruiter called me to go over a few questions on my application and schedule an interview. She gave me the choice of taking a phone interview, or driving out to their office in Austin to do a face-to-face interview. I said that because of the distance, I would prefer a phone interview. Either way, the interview would've been with HR.
I spoke to the same recruiter a week later for the interview. She called promptly at the time we had agreed upon, and was very enthusiastic and professional. She started with basic questions about my background, asked me to provide examples of my sales and management experience (behavioral interview), and ended with questions I had for her about the company. I have not had any sales experience past retail (in a family business) and many of the questions were about hard selling/upselling so I came away with the impression that they might want someone with more sales experience (however, I was told they hire more than 8000 kids straight out of college per year, so I don't know how those two fit together). I was told that the process is very selective and that she would need a few days to review my file and decide what her recommendation would be.
Make sure you know some background about the company and tie it into why you want to work for them. Also, underscore your passion for sales and advancement within the company. I made the mistake of asking whether it is possible to move into other departments in the future, such as HR, and was told it is extremely unlikely and that they want their salespeople to advance within sales rather than move out. Overall, this interview was great practice with a nice representative.
