    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

    Interview

It was a very quick process although there are 3 separate interviews with the third being the job offer itself. You apply online and I was called within a few days of applying, although I've heard others take a couple weeks. You interview with the HR person, then another day at the branch, and then finally at local headquarters with the city manager.

    Interview Questions

    • It is almost entirely about your sales experience and knowledge in the interviews. If you can't make it sound like you have real sales experience they won't hire you.   1 Answer

    Negotiation

Not much negotiation. They offer you the position at a set salary. 31,500 at the time.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Cincinnati, OH) in December 2011.

    Interview

The first interview is a phone screen interview. Then you will schedule an interview at a local branch with a manager and assistant manager. They will ask typical behavioral questions. The idea is to give you a chance to see what a typical day would look like as a Management Trainee. Then you would have a second interview with the HR department again asking behavioral questions, work experience, and goals to ensure a good fit. The final interview would be with the City Manager at which point an offer may be made.

    Interview Questions

    • They are typically behavioral questions that focus on your previous experiences and how you reacted.   1 Answer
