Interviewed Oct 2011 in Farmington Hills, MI (took 2 weeks)
I met with an Enterprise recruiter at my college career fair. After a few day I was called by the another recruiter who was very pleasant. She asked me a few questions over the phone that were for the most part basic. She had me visit their regional office for another interview, and this was a little more involved, but still an easy interview.
I was called a few days later for a branch visit and 1:1 interview with the branch manager. Similar questions as the first two interviews but questions build on answers you give. The branch visit was great and everyone seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Staff was friendly and would answer any questions I had.
Final interview was with the regional VP, and this interview was a bit more difficult. He fired a great deal of questions at you, but none of the questions were tricky or meant to trip you up. The VP was a pleasure to talk with and you could tell he enjoyed working at Enterprise.
I was called a few days later and offered a position at the branch where I did the walk through. There are three face to face interviews, but this is good because you know they take time to hire the right people.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Farmington Hills, MI (took 1 week)
First was a phone interview by the recruiting agent with general and behavioral questions. Next was a 1:1 interview with the recruiter with more general and quite a few behavioral questions. The last step was a tour of the office that I would have been working in and a 2:1 Interview with the current managers of that office. This interview was more behavioral questions, many of which I really had no answer to because I had not experienced the situations they are talking about. They ask that you be specific and remembering specific events that have occurred over the last 10 years wasn't easy for me.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Southfield, MI (took 1 week)
I did the online application on a Friday and was called the next Monday to set up and interview on tuesday. The recuiter did a preliminary phone interview and ask me to come in. The first interview went well. I thought that I might have the job. She asked a lot situational sales questions then I was sent to the next interview where I was sent to meet a branch manager and the regional rental manager. I thought the people at the branch were nice the same questions, A little more intimidating, But I thought I did fairly well. apparently not what they are looking for. Some one with strong sales and aggressive personalty almost pushy. when you look a compensation it may not be worth it for the hours you have to put in. I didn't get the job ,so maybe its not meant to be...oh welll.
