Interviewed Apr 2011 in Edinburgh, Scotland (United Kingdom) (took 3 months)
Efficient interview process. Colleagues informative and helpful but not the most enthused. Final interview stage mixed graduate and interns together which was strange considering roles ought to be different. Work culture is very much everybody is for themselves, especially if you see yourself progressing to a senior position.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Orem, UT (took 2 days)
I received an email through my Career Services department at school that there were interviews scheduled for a couple days from then. I emailed my resume to the recruiter and was able to sign up for an interview. At the corporate office I met with a lady who asked me behavioral type based questions and seemed to be impressed. She took me to a waiting room with some breakfast items and gave me some things to read while I waited for a second interview. I next met with a Group Rental Manager and we talked about tennis. He told me I would be a great fit in the organization and he would call the Area Manager and schedule me for an interview in the city where I wanted to work. A few days later I received a call and scheduled a time to meet with the Area Manager and Branch Manager. They asked me a few questions and allowed me to observe the workplace for an hour and let me ask questions of the other employees. It seemed pretty busy but everyone seemed to get along and have a pretty good time. I would recommend being personable in the interview because that is the #1 skill that will translate to the workplace.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in South Jordan, UT (took 2 weeks)
I talked to them at a career fair and was invited to a preliminary interview with the local recruiter. I was asked to bring my resume, and after the first interview, they asked me to formally apply. There were two more interviews after that, with higher levels of management. The interviews themselves were behavioral interviews, and they were definitely looking for positivity, sales experience, and an attitude of service. The interviews were one-on-one or two-on-one, and very comfortable.

Negotiation Details

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Dallas, TX (took 2 weeks)
I received an email after I submitted my application. It told me to set up a time for a phone interview. A manager called me, asked me like seriously 2 questions about why I want to work there and where I think I'll be in 5 years. Oh, and about my customer service/sales experience. I had one more phone interview I think. Then I got invited to "Intern Day". It was awesome. Managers paired us off and took us to lunch. We spent all day just talking and visiting the stores that I would be working at in my area. Then 2 managers interviewed us one by one in the store. Really relaxed, laid back interview. We returned to the first store and concluded with snacks. It was the most fun interview I've ever been to even though I didn't get the job.

Interviewed May 2011 in San Jose, CA (took 2 weeks)
It took them a month to reply back to my application and they emailed me first saying they were interested so I should give them a call to set up the phone interview. So I had the phone interview with the recruiter and it was really brief, she just went through my resume and asked me some basic questions. And then she invited me for an in person interview. So the 2nd interview was with the recruiter and she let me know more about the company and asked some simple interview questions. It's mainly focused on customer service and sales. I was then invited to a 3rd interview on the spot with the area manager of the branch I would be located at. I went to that interview but the area manager was busy so I was interviewed by the branch manager. Again, it was similar questions to the ones that were asked by the recruiter. I received an offer two weeks after the interview.

Interviewed May 2011 (took 2 weeks)
Got interviewed over the phone by a talent acquisition specialist. Asked questions about sales experience, why I picked this company, how I heard about them. Got to the second round where I was supposed to sit with the area manager but he was busy so I sat with a branch manager. Asked very similar questions and showed me how the everyday operation was through observation.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Enfield, CT (took 5 days)
First I did a phone interview with recruiter which was mostly just basic information. The next day I had a 1:1 interview with the recruiter in the corporate office. This was about past experience and behavioral questions. The final interview was in the branch I would work in with the Branch Manage and the Area Manager. I hung out in the branch for an hour to do observation and then had the interview. It depends on the personality of the area manager and the branch manager but this particular area manager thought it was fun to mess with applicants, he tried to make me cry. I did not crack, and I got the job.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Provo, UT (took 2 months)
I met the recruiter at a career fair at my university. I emailed her my resume, and requested an interview. The interview process consisted of 3 rounds. The first round was an interview with the recruiter for the region. The second round was an interview with the area manager over the branch where I would be employed if I were to receive an offer. The final round was with a regional executive at the regional headquarters in Midvale. Each interview was relatively straightforward, and lasted around 30-45 minutes. It was mostly behavioral questioning, with the interviewer seeking examples of how I had responded in the past in various situations, and how I would respond to future challenges.
